Some organisations start with a GLINHub pod and eventually want to internalise that capability. The BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model gives you exactly that option.

After 18–30 months of operation, you can elect to transfer the pod — including the team, processes, tooling, and institutional knowledge — to your own wholly-owned entity. We handle the transition.
